Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within Pakistan): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please document the damage with photos immediately.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation.

International Shipping Restrictions
